It is estimated that 45,000 accounts will be referred to TCS during the contract period. Further, it is estimated that the collection expense will approximate $125,000 for this contract period. T h e hospital reserves the right to determine the number and value of accounts to be placed with TCS. No guarantee of dollar placements is made. T h e collection funds will be deposited in the Hospital Income Fund and payments will be made from that fund. T h e vice president for business and finance concurs. I recommend approval. Contracts, Harker Hall Reconstruction, Urbana (20) T h e president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends that the University of Illinois Foundation be requested to provide the funds necessary for the University to award the following contracts for the reconstruction of Harker Hall at the Urbana campus. T h e award in each case is to the lowest responsible bidder on its base bid.
