Urbana-Champaign Campus T h e $5 increase in the service fee and $6 increase in the health service fee proposed for the Urbana-Champaign campus are associated with inflationary cost increases and stabilization of the McKinley Health Service operating budget. No increase is proposed for the general fee. T h e proposed $40 increase in the health insurance premium is due to increasing claims experience and medical care costs. T h e $13 campus transportation fee will continue the highly successful busing program with the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD). T h e overall FY 1992 increase in student fees for the Urbana-Champaign campus is $51 per semester or 13.9 percent. T h e following tables present current and proposed fee levels for the programs described above. T h e vice president for business and finance concurs in the fee levels proposed. I recommend approval.
