220 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Report of Finance and Audit Committee on Treasurer's Bond (21) T h e Finance and Audit Committee reports that the University has obtained a treasurer's bond in the amount of $6,000,000 with the Lumbermans Mutual Casualty Company as surety and Bernard T. Wall as principal. T h e Finance and Audit Committee has accepted the bond and reports its receipt for record. This r e p o r t was received for record. Comptroller's Monthly Report of Contracts Executed (22) T h e included amounts with the comptroller submitted the March 1991 report of contracts. T h e report contractual agreements for payments to the University and contracts in up to $50,000, to be paid by the University. A copy of this report is filed secretary. Comptroller's Report of Investment Transactions through February 18, 1991 (23) T h e comptroller presented the above report which includes transactions under Finance and Audit Committee guidelines and transactions under the comptroller's authority.
