SCALE FOR C O M P E N S A T I O N O F I N J U R E D E M P L O Y E E S (14) A recommendation that, without legally putting ourselves under the Compensation Act, the University adopt as its own the scale of compensation provided by the Compensation Act in all cases in which the University considers itself obligated to give compensation; in other words, that our scale shall be the scale provided by the Act. On motion of Mr. Abbott, this scale was adopted, PLANS FOR H O R T I C U L T U R E B U I L D I N G S On motion of Mr. Abbott, the President of the Board was authorized to make a contract with Holabird and Roche to furnish studies of the design and to furnish plans, specifications, and details for the Horticulture group. PLANS FOR L I B R A R Y B U I L D I N G On motion of Mrs. Blake, the President of the Board was authorized to employ Holabird and Roche to furnish studies of the design and to furnish plans, specifications, and details for a new library building, and to make contract for the construction of the first unit after the appropriation for the building is made.
