CONTINUOUS SESSION IN' MEDICINE (37) A statement that in accordance with the authority previously given by the Board of Trustees, he had authorized the College of Medicine to begin a continuous session on the Quadrimester system on June 3, 1918, aj a war emergency measure for the benefit of those students who are entering, or who are in, the Medical Enlisted Reserve Corps.

CERTIFICATES OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACOUNTANTS (38) T h e Committee on Accountancy recommends that William Epple, Harty Charles Goettsche, Florence L. Sivertson, and Clarence A. Niquette be awarded the certificate of Certified Public Accountant, they having passed in all four of the subjects prescribed by law in the examination held on December 18-20, 1917.
