Peel, Thomas, Laboratory Helper in Chemistry, at a salary of nine hundred sixty dollars (960) a year, beginning September 1, 1917, and continuing until further notice, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission; this appointment superseding his former appointment at $840. a year. (September 7, 1917). Pengilly, H. E., Instructor in the School of Military Aeronautics at a salary of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) a month, beginning September 20, 1917, and continuing until further notice. (August 17, 1917). Perkins, Frances J., Student Assistant in Psychology for five months beginning September 1, 1917, at a salary of forty dollars ($40) a month. (October 1, 1917). Peterkin, J. T., Instructor in Free-hand Drawing at a salary of one hundred forty dollars ($140) a month, beginning when he reports for duty and continuing until June 30, 1918. (September 20, 1917). Phillips, A.
