In accordance with instructions of the Board of Trustees I awarded the contract for both foundations to English Brothers who have the work now under way. On October 21st I also awarded a contract to R. C. Wagner & Sons for the excavation for the Music building. This contract is on a unit price basis, the estimated total of which is $5,000.00. T h e excavation for the Education building was included in the contract for foundation work referred to above. Yours very truly,
