1915] PROCEEDINGS OP THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 827 O'Connor, Ethel K, Scholar in German for the academic year beginning September 1, 1915, with a stipend of two hundred fifty dollars ($250). (July 20, 1915.) Peters, Helen Augusta, Editorial Assistant in the Department of Dairy Husbandry, beginning August 1, 1915, and continuing until further notice, a t a salary of sixty-five dollars a month ($65), subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
