President Draper reported with regard to employing counsel by the Board that the special committee to which the matter was referred considered that, in view of the establishment of a Law School, such an appointment would not be necessary. The report of the committee was approved and the committee discharged. The Secretary presented the Treasurer's report, which was referred to the Committee on Finance.
