PROCEEDINGS OP BOARD OF TRUSTEES 39* 9. The examinations provided for as above must be held without expense to the University, except that which may be incurred in preparing and forwarding questions. The examinations must be announced at least three times within the month preceding the date thereof, in at least two papers published in the county, evidence of which publication must be forwarded to the University with the results of the examinations. 10. The Trustees of the University reserve the right to modify, or to withdraw these regular tions at their discretion. On motion of Mr. Eisenmayer the plan was adopted, and t h e Regent was instructed to take the steps necessary to carry itB provisions into effect. The Board adjourned to meet at the Doane House at 8 p. m. EVENING SESSION. The Board assembled at the appointed time. Present, Trustees Bennett, Cobb, Eisenmayer, McKay, Millard, McLean and P e a r man. The Treasurer, J. W. Bunn, read the following report, which was received and referred to the Auditing Committee.
