Board of Trustees: I n the m a t t e r of the a n n u a l r e p o r t of t h e Professor of Horticulture, which w a s referred t o t h e undersigned, y o u r committee b e g leave to report t h a t they deem the suggestions m a d e and conclusions r e a c h e d t h e r e i n w o r t h y of e x t e n d e d circulation a m o n g horticult u r i s t s and farmers, a n d we r e c o m m e n d t h a t the Regent cause t h e s a m e to be issued as a bulletin and circulated a m o n g t h o s e interested.
