Your committee further r e c o m m e n d s t h a t deeds be p r e p a r e d substantially in a c c o r d a n c with a form herewith presented. Your committee p r e s e n t s t h e a c c o u n t of B u r n h a m , Trevett & Mattis, of Beatrice, N e b r a s k a , a m o u n t i n g to $130 08, for service to t h e c o m m i t t e e d u r i n g t h e year e n d i n g D e c . 31. 1884, and ask t h a t it m a y be audited a n d paid, after m a k i n g d u e - a c c o u n t of s u m s a l r e a d y a u t h o r i z e d by you to be paid to the s a m e firm on c u r r e n t account d u r i n g t h e year. EVENING SESSION.

The Board met afc 8 o'clock P. M. Present: Trustees Cobb, McLean, Millard, Pearman, and Paden. The resignation of Dr. F . ' W . Prentice. Professor of Veterinary Science, was .received and placed on file. The committee to whom was referred the request .of Janitor A. B. Baker, asked for further time to report, which was granted.
