234 MEETING OF THE BOABD OF TBUSTEES JUNE, 1880. The Board met at the University Parlor Tuesday, June 8, 1880, at 3 o'clock P. M. Present—Messrs. Cobb, Gardner, Millard and Scott. Absent—Governor Cullom, Messrs. Byrd, Mason, Fountain and McLean. No quorum being present, the Board adjourned to meet at 9 o'clock A. M. SECOND DAY'S SESSION. Board met on time. Present—Messrs.
