SWE - Membership Bylaws Amendment The first bylaws granted membership to nearly anyone, while this amendment (to Article II) required that student members "must be enrolled in an engineering curriculum or the physical sciences" and that all engineering majors will be voting members, while non-engineering majors will have one less votes than the engineering majors.
