Drill Ball, authorized April, 1871, dedicated October 13, 1872; cost, Including mechanical shop, workshop, and furnishings, $25,000. Uni~ versify Hall, authorized June, 1871, corner stone laid September 13, 1872; completed 1873 at contract cost of $113,954 (Bd.
