Herrick, '11, is spending this year in charge of the Catalog department of the Okmulgee, Okla., Public Library. Harriet E. Howe, '02, for several years executive to the Board of Education for Librarianship, has been appointed as associate professor on the faculty of the Graduate Library School of the University of Chicago. She is spending her first year at Harvard University working for a degree in the Graduate School of Education. Her address is Riverbank Court Hotel, Cambridge, Mass. Thomas P. Aver, ' U - ' H librarian of the Public Library of Richmond, Va., for three years, has been appointed librarian of Reading, Pa., where he took up his work November first. Octavia Rogan, '24, formerly librarian of the Legislative Library of Texas, is now Reference librarian of the Rosenberg Library, Galveston, Tex. Maude Davis, '2^2^, is in the Catalog department of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Mary LaRue, '26-'27, is assistant in the Decatur, 111., Public Library.
