494 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [June 9, MEETINGS O F THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE The Secretary presented for record minutes of meetings of the Executive Committee held on M a y 26, M a y 27, M a y 29, and June 6, 1924, as follows. MEETING OF M A Y 26, 1924 A meeting o the Executive Committee of the Board o Trustees o the Unif f f versity of Illinois was held in the office of Richard E. Schmidt, Garden, & Martin, Architects, on M a y 26, 1924. There were present: Dr. W . L. Noble, Mr. Merle Trees. Mrs. Laura B. Evans, Dr. Ochsner, Dr. Blain, Dr. Williamson, Dr. Welker, Dr. D. J. Davis, Dr. Petersen, Messrs. Schmidt, Dutcher, Hammer, President Kinlev, and Professor James M . White. The following bids for the X-ray equipment for the Medical Research Laboratory were opened and Mr. Schmidt was instructed to prepare a complete tabulation of the bids, assisted by Professor White, Dr. Blain. Another meeting of the Committee was called for 10:00 a. m. M a y 27tli. 1924, for afinaldiscussion of the bids. The following is a tabulation of the bids as received. Trees MEETING OF MAY 27, 1924 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the office of Richard E. Schmidt, Garden, & Martin, Architects, on M a y 27, 1924. Present: W m . L. Noble, Chairman, Laura B. Evans, Merle J. Trees. There were also present: Dr. Blain, J. Dutcher, Richard E. Schmidt, and P. T. Hammer. Pursuant to the adjournment had on the 26th instant the meeting was called to order by Dr. Noble and further consideration given to the X-Ray apparatus for the Research and Educational Hospital.
