Lot Twenty (20) in Forestry Heights Addition to Urbana, Illinois, situated in the County of Champaign and State of Illinois, and also known as II17 Nevada Street, Urbana, Illinois, for the sum of Seventy ($70.00) Dollars per month. It is further understood and agreed that I a m to receive as rent any money which you are able to secure as monthly rent for the premises over and above the $70.00 above mentioned. It is further understood and agreed that I secured possession of said premises on the 5th day of February A. D. 1920 by virtue of a contract for a deed entered into between myself and C. W . Walcott on the 5th day of January A. D. 1920, which contract was filed for record the 26th day of August 1920, in Book 160 of the Deed Records of Champaign County, Illinois, on page 379, and which contract matures and terminates February 5, 1925. It is further understood and agreed that this lease is to continue until the consummation of a contract between myself and the University of Illinois, and until the University of Illinois receives a warranty deed to the premises above mentioned from C. W . Walcott of Roseburg, Oregon, who now holds the legal title to the premises above described. It is further understood and agreed that I am to continue the insurance upon the premises above described until the property herein mentioned is transferred by warranty deed from C. W . Walcott to the University of Illinois. Very respectfully,

Panama, Illinois On motion of Mr. Blair, this recommendation was approved. 3. That the Comptroller and Secretary of the Board be authorized and directed to sign the above two agreements. O n motion of M r . Blair, this recommendation w a s approved. 4. That the Comptroller, under advice of the Legal Counsel of the University, be directed to make from the appropriation already made the payments called for in and by these agreements, in view of these agreements and in view of the fact that the Contract of Sale from Charles W . Walcott to W . W . Mitchell for this property has been assigned to the Board of Trustees, and in view of the additional fact that W . W . Mitchell has submitted proof that he has duly made the payments to Charles W . Walcott as required by his Contract of Sale. O n motion of M r . Blair this recommendation w a s approved. DAIRY SHOW IN ENGLAND (10) A letter from Dean H. W. Mumford concerning sending a member of the staff to England with the Illinois stock judging teams from Whiteside county, winners of the State and National contests last year. O n motion of M r . Trees, it w a s voted that such action seemed inadvisable. FUNDS FOR RADIO BROADCASTING (11) A recommendation that $400 be assigned from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for additional equipment and operation for the radio broadcasting station for the year ending June 30, 1924. O n motion of M r . Trees, this recommendation was approved, and the appropriation was m a d e by the following vote: Aye, M r . Armstrong, M r . Blair, M r s . Evans, M r s . Grigsby, M r . Noble, M r . Trees; no, none; absent, M r s . Blake, M r s . Busey, M r . Herbert, M r . Small, M r . Trimble.
