T E M P O R A R Y BUILDING F O R A N A T O M Y (23) A recommendation that an appropriation of $1,700 be made from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to provide for a temporary building to house the laboratory work in anatomy given to the students in athletic coaching. O n motion of M r . Abbott, this appropriation was made. T h e vote was as follows: Aye, M r . Abbott, M r s . Blake, M r s . Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, M r . Hoit; no, none; absent, M r . Blair, M r . Herbert, M r . Noble, M r . Small, M r . Trimble. M E D I C A L R E S E A R C H BUILDING (24) A recommendation that the Executive Committee be directed to open bids and to award contracts for the superstructure of the new Medical Research Library and Laboratory Building provided the total of the bids comes within the amount appropriated. O n motion of Mrs. Blake, this recommendation was concurred in. OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY A U T O M O B I L E O n motion of M r . Abbott, the s u m of $5000 or so much thereof as m a y be necessary was appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent fund for the purchase of an official University automobile. PETITION T O R E N A M E UNIVERSITY H A L L M r . Abbott stated that he had received a petition from some of the alumni asking that the n a m e of University Hall be changed to Gregory Hall. N o action was taken in this matter. DATE OF OCTOBER MEETING C H A N G E D On motion of Mr. Abbott, the date of the October meeting was changed from the eleventh to the eighteenth day of the month.
