R E I M B U R S E M E N T O F McKINLEY HOSPITAL F U N D (17) A recommendation that the McKinley Hospital Fund be reimbursed for expenditures for preliminary architectural studies and that $4,441.83 be transferred from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to cover this item. PURCHASE OF LOT 25 IN COLLEGE PLACE (19) Arecommendationfrom the Superintendent of Business Operations that Lot 25 in College Place be purchased from Professor R. S. Bauer, the University to assume the taxes and special lighting assessments, and that $9,297.03 be appropriated from the Reserve and Contingent fund for this purpose; and that the house be rented to Professor Bauer for $65 a month until such time as the University has need of the property for other purposes.
