MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 2 7 , 1923 The October meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9 o'clock a. m. on Saturday, October 27, 1923. The following members were present: President Noble, Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Trees. President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of September 25, 1923. O n motion of Mrs. Grigsby, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 291 to 329 above. 33i
