MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OP THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 25, 1923 The Quarterly meeting of the Board of TVustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Drake Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, September 25, 1923. The following members were present: President Noble, Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Trees, Mr. Trimble. President Kinley was present; also, during part of the day, Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect, and Dean H. W . Mumford. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of July 11, 1923. O n motion of M r . Trees, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 229 to 289 above. 291
