MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS July 11, 1923 The July meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of I l li nois was held at the Drake Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Wednesday, July n , 1923. The following members were present: President Noble, Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Trees, Mr. Trimble. President Kinley was present; also, during part of the day, Professor J. M . White and Dean F. B. Moorehead. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of June 9, 1923. O n motion of Mr. Trimble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 199 to 227 above. 229
