E X E C U T I V E C O M M I T T E E M E E T I N G , J U L Y 17-18, 1922 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 3 p. m. on Monday, June 17, 1922. Mr. W . L. Abbott, chairman, Mrs. Mary E. Busey, and Mr. 0. W . Hoit were present. President Kinley was present, and Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. There were also present a number of contractors, who had come to attend the session and hear the bids read. BIDS ON AGRICULTURE BUILDING The Chairman of the Committee announced that this was a meeting of the Executive Committee, called for the purpose of opening bids for the Agriculture Building, and asked i there were any additional f bids to b e submitted.
