(13) A report that Dean Ketchum has been advised by Mr. Alfred D. Flinn, Director of the Engineering Foundation, that the Allis Chalmers Manufacturing Company has agreed to make a contribution of $2000 for the investigation of the Fatigue Phenomena of Metals; that the Copper and Brass Research Association, through its Board of Directors, has decided to contribute $4000; and that it is expected that the Western Electric Company will contribute $10,000.
