APPOINTMENTS TO FILL VACANCIES T h e Secretary presented for record the following list of appointments made by President Kinley: Batko, J. B., Rea Scholar in the College of Medicine, for the year, 1922-23, with a stipendium of sixty dollars ($60). (November 15, 1922)' Bray, R. H., Assistant in Soil Survey Analysis, in the Department of Agronomy, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, for seven months, beginning February 1, 1923, at a salary of one hundred dollars ($100) a month. (December 7, 1922) Brennan, J. W., Assistant in Anatomy, in the College of Medicine,forfour months, beginning October 3, 1922, at a salary of twenty-five dollars ($25) a month. (November 22, 1922)2 Card, L. E., Professor of Poultry Husbandry, in the College of Agriculture, and Chief in Poultry Husbandry, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, in the department of Animal Husbandry, from September 1, 1922, to February 1, 1925, at a salary of three hundred dollars ($300) a month.
