building legally described in the contract between the said College of Physicians and Surgeons and the University of Illinois, dated the ninth day of February, 1900, and amounting to $21,000, from a note to bonds of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at a less rate of interest, not to exceed 6 per cent per annum, the said bonds to be secured by a mortgage on the said property. The report was adopted.

REMOVAL OF THE SCHOOL OF PHARMACY.

Mrs. Abbott for the Committee of the School Pharmacy and Mr. McLean for the Committee on the College of Medicine, to which committees had been referred for consideration jointly the question of the removal of the School of Pharmacy from 465 State street to the property recently acquired by the College of Phyicians and Surgeons, reported that after consultation with representatives of the faculties of the College of Medicine and School of Pharmacy it was concluded that the removal was not desirable. The report of the committees was adopted. On motion of Mr. McLean, it was voted that the premises now occupied at 465 State street, be rented for the School of Pharmacy for a year from May 1, 1901. I t was voted that the Committee on the School of Pharmacy, with two additional members, should constitute a special committee to consider the question of the removal of the School of Pharmacy, from its present location after May 1, 1902. On motion of Mrs. Abbott, the President of the Board, Mr. Smith, was made one member and Mrs. Carriel was appointed the second member, of this committee. Mrs. Alexander was appointed to succeed Mrs. Flower upon the special committee on the purchase of the West Division High School property.
