6. That Joseph Cullen Blair be promoted from the position of Assistant Professor of Horticulture to that of Professor of Pomology, with the understanding that he shall be at the head of the horticultural interests of the University as well as of the Experiment Station, and that his salary remain the same as last year. 7. That Wilber John Fraser be promoted from the position of Instructor in Dairy Husbandry to that of Assistant Professor of Dairy Husbandry, and that his salary remain the same as last year. 8. That Charles Frederick Hottes be promoted from the position of Instructor in Botany to that of Assistant Professor of Botany, and that his salary be $1,200 a year.

COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION.

The following changes in title and salaries are suggested: 1. That the title of John William Lloyd be changed from Instructor in Horticulture to Instructor in Olericulture, his salary be divided as heretofore. 2. That the title Instructor in Dairy Husbandry be added to Arthur James Glover, and that his salary be increased from $1,200 to $1,400, the increase to be assigned against the College fund. 3. That the title of Fred Henry Rankin be changed from Institute Visitor to Superintendent of Agricultural College Extension, and that his salary be increased to $1,650, all to be paid from the College fund. 4. That Oscar Erf be re-appointed to Instructor in Dairy Manufactures without change of salary. 5. That Louie Henrie Smith be reappointed Chief Assistant in Chemistry at the Experiment Station without change of salary.
