Paper Q is a list of the College of Medicine vouchers presented for audit, being Nos. 228 to 579, inclusive. I wish to report that on March 6, 1902, I was served by John E. Burns Lumber Company with a notice of a lien of $1,600.28 upon the warrants to be issued to Kelly & O'Brien. Also that on March 10, 1902, I was served by Enochs Bros, of a lien of $1,734.38 upon the warrants to be issued to Kelley & O'Brien.
