234 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. [March 11, to pay for the lockers out of this appropriation for furnishing and equipment. About 600 lockers have been contracted for, at a cost of $2,662. One thousand or $1,200 will be needed, but if necessary the additional number can be delayed. However, a reallotment is necessary, and your Committee recommends that it be made as follows: To the Gymnasium, $5,000; to the Laboratory of Applied Mechanics, $6,500; to the Wood Shop, $3,500. When the Board met after the recess, the same members were present as in the morning, except Mr. McKay.
