Agricultural Experiment Station, Nos. 78 to 167, inclusive. School of Pharmacy, Nos. 26 to 91, inclusive. College of Medicine, Nos. 228 to 569. We have found the above vouchers are in due form and properly receipted, except the following vouchers not presented at this time, which are missing:

lo the Board of Irustees: Last summer the Board directed the Finance Committee, in conjunction with President Draper, to apportion the special appropriation of $15,000 made for furnitnre and equipment in the new buildings provided for in the emergency appropriation act of 1901 between the different buildings, and in pursuance of this direction the Committee allotted $7,500 to the Laboratory of Applied Mechanics, $4,000 to the Wood Shop, and $3,500 to the Gymnasium. This allotment was made upon the supposition that the lockers in the Gymnasium would be provided for in the builder's contract. The conditions prevented this from being done, and accordingly it has been necessary
