UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS.

[Sept. 28

President Draper recommended that Professor Charles Wesley Tooke, under the title of professor of law, be transferred from the College of Literature and Arts to the College of Law, and that his work be assigned between the two colleges according to the character of the different courses. The recommendation was approved.

PAVEMENT OF W E I G H T STREET.

The Secretary presented notices with regard to the assessment for' the pavement of Wright street, showing that the total amount for the University to pay would be $9 3 04125. The Board adjourned.
