MUSIC. Music constitutes no part of any University course of studies, anct is therefore not provided by the Trustees. But as many students, especially young ladies, desire instruction in music, competent teachers are selected by the Trustees, and rooms set apart for instruction.

Bertini's Instructor; dementi's Sonatines, Op. 36, 37, 38; Heller's Studies, Op. 36, Books 1 and 2; Duvernay's Studies, Books 1, 2, 3; Loschhorn's Klavier-Technik: Ozerny's Etudes de la Velocite, Op. 299, Books 1, 2, 3, 4; Ozerny's Fifty Finishing Studies, Op. 740, Books 1, 2,3; Cramer's Studies, Books 1, 2,3. 4; Mendelssohn's Lieder ohne Worte; d e menti's Gradus ad Parnassum.
