Becess taken until 2:80 P. M. AFTERNOON SESSION. The Board met as by adjournment. Present as before. The Corresponding Secretary, Prof. T. J. Burrill, laid before the Board the proceedings and papers to be published by the State as the biennial report of this University. On motion of Mr. McLean, the report was received and ordered to be forwarded to the Governor. The Auditing Committee made the following report: To the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Industrial University: The undersigned respectfully report that they have examined vouchers for which war775 ' " rants have been issued, fromi ] o . r » ' to— inclusive, and— •-the same correct.
