It was voted, tlmt $3,000 be transferred from the credit of the Agricultural Department to the general fund. It was voted, that the requests of Professors Pickard and Eoos for increase of salary be not granted. Messrs. McLean and Scott were appointed a committee to audit vouchers submitted and report at the next meeting. The Treasurer presented his report which was received and placed on file.
