166 On motion of Mr. Millard, a report from Lieutenant Wood was referred to a committee of the Faculty and Board, consisting of the Eegent, Prof. Snyder, Lieut. Wood and Mr. Gardner, to report at the next meeting of the Board on the reorganization of the course in Military Science and Drill. Mr. J. E. Armstrong was employed as Taxidermist for three months at $12 per month. It was resolved that the Business Eegent be and is hereby authorized to audit the accounts of the Students' Government, when they are presented to him by its officers' and to pay at his discretion any deficit which he may find therein, to amount not exceeding "twenty-five dollars for any collegiate year, beginning with the year ending June, 1880. Eecess taken until 9 o'clock, P. M.

The Board met on time. Present as before. The Treasurer's Eeport was presented, received and ordered on file.
