The above reports were received and laid on the table. The bills presented for payment were audited and allowed. A letter from Judge J. O. Cunningham in regard to University Lands was received. Mr. Gardner, from the committee on a certain bill for legal services by Cunningham & Webber, reported the account correct. The report was accepted and the bill allowed. The Treasurer's report of receipts and expenditures from September 1, 1874, to February 28, 1875, was read and accepted.
