Mildred Virginia Talbot's children

Mildred and Herbert Gilkey had two sons Herbert Talbot Gilkey, who became an air-conditioning research engineer and consultant, and Arthur Karr Gilkey, a geology student at Columbia, who was killed in 1953 during an unsuccessful American attempt to scale the famous K2 mountain along the Pakistan China border.
