Physical Plant Service Building

The Physical Plant Service Building is the nerve center of the Facilities and Services [1] personnel that maintain the University campus. The $2.3M [2] building was completed in May 1963, [3] and was designed by A. Epstein and Sons, Inc, in conjunction with Ernest L. Stouffer, with Kuhne-Simmons Co, Inc providing the general contracting. [4]
